Description: This is a record of a Jesuit, Father James Hurley’s life experiences. He shares these experiences of fifty years lived in Hong Kong. As a Chaplain he was involved in the student movement of the sixty’s and seventy’s. He was very concerned with social justice; worked in a factory for some time and became one of the founding members of Amnesty International in Hong Kong. Then he spent about twenty years serving in three different parishes in HK. He was a Parish Priest for seventeen of these years.
