Sacredness and Visual Art : Images and Theologies

Lecturer : Fr. Nicholas Lombardo, OP

This lecture series looks at great works of Christian visual art as a way to understand key themes in Christianity. As we consider artistic works from a range of historical periods, we will see how different Christian images reflect different theologies—and yet also display the same deep Christian convictions about life, God, and human existence.
